SAW BLADES FOR RIPPING & CROSSCUTTING

Alternate top Bevel TCT Circular Saw Blades (Positive Hook) Plain Boded for solid timber & composite board.

• Low Noise Anti Vibration Saw Blades
For cutting solid timber, composite board & non-ferrous metals. Available in Alternate Top Bevel and Triple Chip tooth forms Negative and Positive Hook angles.

• Gang Rip Saw Blades - Wiper Boded Blades
For ripping with the grain of soft and hardwoods on automatic multi-rip machines.

THIN KERF TCT SAWS

For thin materials e.g. single sheets of plastic, Formica, Perspex etc. Minimum loss of material and chip free cutting, up to 8mm cutting depth. Type 1.5mm thick is bossed to allow a very thin cutting width while retaining rigidity in the body of the blade. For use when saving material is of prime importance.

• Fine-Toothed Saw Blade With Negative Rake
For crosscutting and mitering of light aluminum and upvc thin walled sections. With square tops.

CIRCULAR SAW BLADES FOR DOUBLE FACED BOARDS

• Low Noise Anti Vibration
For cutting bi-laminated chipboard without chipping, no scorers are needed. Only available in diameters 220, 250, 300 & 350mm.

• Saw Blades for Panel Sizing Machines (Main Blades)
Table saws, dimension saws and beam saws. Available in Alternate Top Bevel (AT) or Triple Chip (TC) tooth forms.

SCORING SAW BLADES FOR PANEL SIZING MACHINES

For pre-scoring bottom face of double laminated boards on machines equipped with pre-scoring unit. Cutting width is adjustable to suit that of the main saw blade unit.

• Split Type
Two blades with interlocking teeth kerf adjustment is by means of spacing rings.

• Conic Type
One blade with conic, tapered tips. Kerf determined by vertical height of saw blade.

SAW BLADES FOR NON FERROUS METALS

• Triple Chip Teeth Negative Rake Angle
For use on mitring saws, cut off machines and mobile machines. Especially suitable for thin shelled aluminum profiles.

• Triple Chip Teeth Positive Rake Angle
For use on bench type circular saws (work piece firmly clamped). For sizing, mitring and lengthwise cuts in profiled and solid materials of aluminium and other non-ferrous metals.

• Plexiglass Sawblades
Saw blade with negative cutting angle, enables you to cut Plexiglass and other plastic materials. Tips are made of a special grade of carbide and advanced design giving a perfect finish, without melting or chipping the material. The saw blade must work 30mm above the material cut.
